Relaxing Waterside Card

Here is a card we made at my monthly card class this month. This card features another new suite, Waterside Retreat, coming out in the May Catalog. This suite is perfect for the men in your life. The suite includes the stamps, dies, the Waterside Retreat 12×12 Designer Series Paper, and the loose anchor trinkets.

While this card features some new products not available until the New May-August 2026 Catalog, which comes out on May 5th, this easy layout can be used with the supplies you already have.

General Supply List

• Gray Granite 8 ½” x 11″ Cardstock [Item# 146983]
• Basic White 8 ½” x 11″ Cardstock [Item# 166780]
• Pecan Pie 8 ½” x 11″ Cardstock [Item# 161717]
• Waterside Retreat 12” x 12” Designer Series Paper [167920]
• Three Banner Punch [Item# 167050]
• Relaxing Waterside Bundle [167928]
• Loose Anchor Trinkets [Item# 167931]
• Earthy Matte Dots [Item# 167213]
• Pecan Pie Classic Ink Pad [161665]
• Multipurpose Liquid Glue [Item# 110755]
• Stampin’ Dimensionals [Item# 104430]

Card Base

• Start with a 5-1/2 x 8-1/2-inch piece of Basic White card stock.
• Score at 4-1/4 inches. Fold the card in half on the 4-1/4-inch score line.

Creating the Card

• Cut a 5 ¼” x 4” piece of Basic White cardstock for the inside of the card
• Cut a 5 ¼” x 4” piece of Waterside Retreat 12” x 12” Designer Series Paper
• Cut a 4 ¾” x 1 ½” piece of Waterside Retreat 12” x 12” Designer Series Paper
• Cut a 4 7/8” x 1 5/8” piece of Pecan Pie Cardstock
• Cut a 3 ¾” x 1 ½” piece of Waterside Retreat 12” x 12” Designer Series Paper
• Cut a 3 7/8” x 1 5/8” piece of Gray Granite Cardstock
• Using the Three Banner Punch, cut out two labels, one in Pecan Pie and one in Gray Granite

Assembling & Decorating the Card

• Adhere the 5 ¼” x 4” piece of Basic White cardstock onto the inside of the card
• Adhere the 5 ¼” x 4” piece of Waterside Retreat onto the front of the card base.
• Adhere the 4 ¾” x 1 ½” piece of Waterside Retreat to the 4 7/8” x 1 5/8” piece of Pecan Pie Cardstock.
• Adhere the 3 ¾” x 1 ½” piece of Waterside Retreat to the 3 7/8” x 1 5/8” piece of Gray Granite Cardstock.
• Adhere both pieces to the card front.
• Stamp the saying from the Relaxing Waterside Stamp Set in Pecan Pie on the Pecan Pie label, adhere to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Embellish with the Loose Anchor Trinkets and Earthy Matte Dots
